C) In case you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and has created profile in Ganinath Vivah Website/App on behalf of them or is accessing the Ganinath Vivah Website/App on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in Ganinath Vivah and for accessing the Ganinath Vivah Website/App.

A. Ganinath Vivah expects that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty by furnishing true, accurate, current, and complete information. Please provide recent photos of yourself that will aid in meeting your parameters. Kindly read the relevant columns before entering details or selecting options, and ensure accurate information placement. Do not enter profile details in fields other than the applicable ones, including mentioning IDs of other platforms/websites/apps or repeating information in other fields. To better serve you, if additional details are required, you agree to provide them. You may also give a missed call to any of our retail outlets' phone numbers for us to call you back and assist you in registering your profile on our website/app. Additionally, you may fill in your email ID and phone number in any of our registration campaigns appearing on various websites as part of our advertisements. Based on this, you may receive a call from our Customer Service Center to assist you in getting your profile registered on our website/app. 

B. If at any point Ganinath Vivah comes to know, or is informed by a third party, or has reason to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Ganinath Vivah shall have the full right to suspend or terminate your Ganinath Vivah membership (without any notice), forfeit any amount paid towards Ganinath Vivah membership fee, and refuse to provide Ganinath Vivah service to you thereafter.

C. Ganinath Vivah also reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on the website/app if your contact details/links are entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by Ganinath Vivah members in their profiles.

D. Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed on Ganinath Vivah website/app. Ganinath Vivah shall have the full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profiles.

E. You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with Ganinath Vivah and the usage of Ganinath Vivah services are with the bona fide intention of marriage and not otherwise. Ganinath Vivah membership is restricted strictly to the registered individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become members of Ganinath Vivah and cannot use Ganinath Vivah Service or Ganinath Vivah members' data for any commercial purpose. Ganinath Vivah reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for the breach of these obligations.

A. You agree that all content of Ganinath Vivah Samati belongs to Ganinath.org, excluding your or third-party content, including advertisements on the Website/App, for which Ganinath Vivah Samati has the requisite license/right in terms hereof to display the same on our Website/App.

B. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible and liable for the content (mandatory or optional content you provided on our website) and information, including the profile details, photographs, and other content(s) keyed in the relevant field of the Website/App at the time of the creation of the Ganinath Vivah Samati profile or subsequently modified by you. Also, you are responsible for all posts and communication, including personalized messages sent by Ganinath Vivah Samati paid members, with other member(s). You hereby represent and warrant that you own all rights, title, and interest in your content/information or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to provide the said content/information. However, by submitting the content/information to Ganinath Vivah Samati, you hereby grant Ganinath Vivah Samati a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, communicate to the public, law enforcement agencies, courts, and Ganinath Vivah Samati's business and services, including without limitation for promoting, communicating to the public, and redistributing part or all of the content/information (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

C. While Ganinath Vivah Samati does not accept any obligation to monitor the content/information in your profile, if the content/information is found not to be in compliance with these Terms and conditions, Ganinath Vivah Samati may delete the content/information and/or terminate or suspend your registration (without a refund of any subscription paid by you in terms of clause 2(b) of these terms and conditions). You agree that if the situation warrants, Ganinath Vivah Samati may at its sole discretion put restrictions on any Ganinath Vivah Samati member-to-member communications.

D. We reserves the right to proceed/initiate appropriate steps under the prevailing law against infringement by violators of its proprietary rights or for illegally copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling of any such proprietary information, including using it for a commercial purpose in any manner whatsoever.

A. The registration of Ganinath Vivah Samati membership and all Ganinath Vivah Samati services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial jurisdiction of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

B. The Ganinath Vivah Samati members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences, if any, shall be governed by the laws of Jharkhand, India, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
